1. Booking & Payment

  • Reservations can be made via our official website, social media, or approved booking platforms.
  • A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your booking, depending on the type of reservation.
  • All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and may be subject to tax or service charges.
  • We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed or unpaid bookings.
  • Security deposit of RM300 will be collected during check-in either via cash/bank transfer/credit card. The deposit will be deducted if there is any damage or loss caused during the stay. The deposit will be return during check-out.

  1. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: 2.30PM
  • Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • A valid government-issued ID or passport is required upon check-in.
  • Guest require to fill in the check-in form provided online.

  1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.
  • No-shows or early departures will be charged in full.
  • In case of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we may offer a reschedule or credit note.

  1. House Rules

  • No smoking is allowed inside the chalets. RM300 security deposit will be deducted for cleaning purpose should there is a trace of smoking found e.g smells, cigarette ash etc.
  • Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect all guests.
  • Pets are not allowed within the retreat.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay.

  1. Liability

  • Tamu Eco Lenggeng is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
  • Guests are advised to safeguard their valuables and take necessary precautions, especially in outdoor areas.
  1. Facilities & Services
  • Access to certain facilities/amenities e.g., dining area, kids playground, viewing point, petting zoo, river, hiking trails) is at your own risk.
  • Children must be supervised at all times.
  • We reserve the right to close any facilities due to maintenance or safety concerns.

  1. Code of Conduct

  • We expect all guests to behave respectfully toward other guests, staff, and the environment.
  • Any guest who violates these terms may be asked to leave the property without a refund.

  1. Privacy

By booking with us, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  1. Changes to Terms

Tamu Eco Lenggeng reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
